Q&A

❤️ What is ASL Weekly Mix?

• ASL Weekly Mix is an ongoing online course consisting of unique lessons designed to improve YOUR sign language skills.

The video lessons are recorded from different locations around the world.

❤️ How does ASL Weekly Mix work?

• New sections of 10 lessons each are added from time to time.

• The lessons focus on improving signing, fingerspelling, and recognition skills.

• Students will receive an email when a new section becomes available.

❤️ How do the lessons work? What is the overall flow?

• The majority of lessons follow the format outlined below.

First, you'll be presented with a signing situation at regular speed.

• No rush. No hurry. Take your time. Have fun trying to figure out what is being signed. No penalty for guessing!

If the signing is too fast, scroll down, and you'll see the same situation signed at a slower speed.

• Again, take your time. No need to hurry. Soak up the situation. Try to at least take a guess at what is being signed. You might surprise yourself with what you're able to intuitively understand.

When ready, scroll down to the answer. The first answer will be at a slower speed. Make sure you're signing with me. Practice makes improvement!

Next, you'll see ASL syntax vs English syntax. This is a great way to explore the similarities and differences between ASL and English.

• Scroll down further to practice signing with me at regular speed.

**
Note: Keep in mind you can adjust the video speed (faster or slower) of any video in the course using the video settings. This is a great option for optimizing the experience to your specific learning style.

❤️ Will people who currently have access to the ASL Bundle For Beginners get ASL Weekly Mix?

Yes. ASL Weekly Mix is included in the ASL Bundle at no additional cost.
